apartments located at Heron’s Beak, Ocean Bay Estate,
besides the water works. We also have our 3 Bed

Capital appreciation is the rise in value of a property
investment. It is the difference between the purchase
price and the selling price of a property. Capital gain
per apartment is based on appreciated property value.
